Join Our Team

Landmark are expanding and we now require 2 additional experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a full time self employed basis. 

You’ll be a great all-rounder and skilled in concreting, block paving, drainage etc and fencing & digger driving would be a big advantage. Mostly, although not exclusively, we work within a 50 mile radius of Northamptonshire, so you’ll need to have a full driving licence with transport and be living ideally within Northants/Beds/Bucks/Herts. 

Just as important as as your experience and ability will be your interpersonal skills – we’ve built our business on the great relationships we have with our clients, so you must be well presented, smart and polite as you’ll be interacting with them on site sometimes. You’ll need to be reliable and flexible with working hours as some days are longer than others, and you’ll be happy working as part of a team and also possess sound initiative. You absolutely must have an understanding of and empathy with countryside etiquette due to the nature of our work. You’ll need to supply us with some good checkable references.
